RULES:
Registration to La Bohémien tango marathon is open to "dancers" from all over the world, with the highest priority for couples and dancers who have already participated in our previous marathons. Please note that the number of participants is limited and that the event will be gender balanced; the role, years of dancing and nationality will be a priority for admission, and that the order of registration is not a priority in the "confirmation of participation". For the success of the event, it is of fundamental importance to have good dance experience. If you are single, we will match you, through a waiting list. Each participant must register individually indicating the name and surname of the partner, by filling out the form below. REGISTRATION WILL BE OPEN on April 7, 2025 at 8:00 pm
✔ The marathon is a private event. No dancer who is not registered and admitted to participate will be accepted. Only people on the organizers' list will access.
✔ Participants are not accepted based on chronological registration, but based on two very important factors for the success of the event: 1- gender balance Leaders / Followers 2- experienced dancers. The organization is not required to reveal the reason why a registered participant has not been accepted.
COMMUNICATIONS MAY END UP IN SPAM, WE INVITE YOU TO CHECK.
✔ Fill out the application form, you will receive confirmation of receipt, your request will be considered based on the priorities listed above.
✔ To confirm admission, you will be sent an email informing you: A) that you have been placed on our waiting list. B) that you have been accepted to La Bohémien tango marathon.
PAYMENT METHOD:
The cost of the marathon is € 160.00/person. The cost will be shared with a first deposit by bank transfer of € 80.00, the balance in cash at the event desk of € 80.00.
After receiving our acceptance email with all the payment details, you will have 14 days to make the payment. Don't forget to mention, in the bank transfer, the name of the LBTM25 event and your full name (e.g. LBTM25 - John Smith).
As soon as we receive your money transfer, we will send you a "YOU ARE IN" email.
If you do not pay on time you will receive a warning email and after a few days, if you do not contact us, your registration will be cancelled.
Please do not purchase a ticket for any transportation or book your accommodation until you receive our final "YOU ARE IN" approval email!
The recordings will be strictly personal and not transferable to other people.
Do not try to register again before checking your inbox (sometimes our response can end up in Spam).
✔ If you need more time to pay, write to us to block your place in the Marathon.
✔ Registrations are accepted as a couple or as singles. It is not possible to register as a couple with a person whose application as a single has been previously accepted,
✔ In the registration form it is important to indicate your real name and surname, because the organizers may ask you to show an identity document. Also, please check that your email address is correct, because all communications will be sent to this address.
We will accept a total of 300 registrations
€ 160 / person included : 3 afternoon milongas, 2 night milongas, 1 matinèe , 1 warm up milonga, 1 after party, 2 dinners, 1 brunch , savory and sweet buffet during the marathon
REFUND POLICY:
In case of inability to participate in La BOHEMIEN tango marathon, you can obtain the full refund (net of bank charges) by 06/10/2025, after this date it is no longer possible to obtain any refund.
REGOLAMENTO:
L'iscrizione alla maratona di tango La Bohémien è aperta a "ballerini" da tutto il mondo, con la massima priorità per coppie e ballerini che hanno già partecipato alle nostre precedenti maratone. Si prega di notare che il numero di partecipanti è limitato e che l'evento sarà bilanciato per genere; il ruolo, gli anni di danza e la nazionalità saranno una priorità per l'ammissione, e che l'ordine di iscrizione non è una priorità nella "conferma di partecipazione". Per la buona riuscita dell'evento, è di fondamentale importanza avere una buona esperienza di ballo. Se sei single, ti abbineremo, tramite una lista di attesa. Ogni partecipante deve registrarsi individualmente indicando nome e cognome del partner, compilando il modulo sottostante. LE ISCRIZIONI SARANNO APERTE il 7 aprile 2025 alle 20:00
✔ La maratona è un evento privato. Non saranno accettati ballerini che non siano registrati e ammessi a partecipare. Potranno accedere solo le persone presenti nella lista degli organizzatori.
✔ I partecipanti non vengono accettati in base all'iscrizione cronologica, ma in base a due fattori molto importanti per la buona riuscita dell'evento: 1- equilibrio di genere Leader/Seguaci 2- ballerini esperti. L'organizzazione non è tenuta a rivelare il motivo per cui un partecipante registrato non è stato accettato.
LE COMUNICAZIONI POTREBBERO FINIRE NELLA SPAM, TI INVITIAMO A CONTROLLARE.
✔ Compila il modulo di iscrizione, riceverai conferma di ricezione, la tua richiesta verrà presa in considerazione in base alle priorità elencate sopra.
✔ Per confermare l'ammissione, ti verrà inviata un'e-mail che ti informerà: A) che sei stato inserito nella nostra lista d'attesa. B) che sei stato accettato alla maratona di tango La Bohémien.
MODALITÀ DI PAGAMENTO:
Il costo della maratona è di € 160,00/persona. Il costo sarà condiviso con un primo deposito tramite bonifico bancario di € 80,00, il saldo in contanti alla reception dell'evento di € 80,00.
Dopo aver ricevuto la nostra e-mail di accettazione con tutti i dettagli del pagamento, avrai 14 giorni per effettuare il pagamento. Non dimenticare di menzionare, nel bonifico bancario, il nome dell'evento LBTM25 e il tuo nome completo (ad esempio LBTM25 - John Smith).
Non appena riceveremo il tuo bonifico, ti invieremo un'e-mail "YOU ARE IN".
Se non paghi in tempo, riceverai un'e-mail di avviso e dopo alcuni giorni, se non ci contatti, la tua registrazione verrà annullata.
Ti preghiamo di non acquistare un biglietto per alcun trasporto o prenotare il tuo alloggio fino a quando non riceverai la nostra e-mail di approvazione finale "YOU ARE IN"!
Le registrazioni saranno strettamente personali e non trasferibili ad altre persone.
Non provare a registrarti di nuovo prima di aver controllato la tua posta in arrivo (a volte la nostra risposta può finire nella posta indesiderata).
✔ Se hai bisogno di più tempo per pagare, scrivici per bloccare il tuo posto alla Maratona.
✔ Le iscrizioni sono accettate in coppia o come singoli. Non è possibile iscriversi in coppia con una persona la cui domanda come singolo è stata precedentemente accettata,
✔ Nel modulo di iscrizione è importante indicare il tuo vero nome e cognome, perché gli organizzatori potrebbero chiederti di mostrare un documento di identità. Inoltre, controlla che il tuo indirizzo email sia corretto, perché tutte le comunicazioni verranno inviate a questo indirizzo.
Accetteremo un totale di 300 registrazioni
€ 160 / persona inclusi: 3 milonghe pomeridiane, 2 milonghe notturne, 1 matinée, 1 milonga di riscaldamento, 1 after party , 2 cene , 1 brunch, buffet salato e dolce durante tutta la marathon
POLITICA DI RIMBORSO:
In caso di impossibilità a partecipare alla maratona di tango La BOHEMIEN, è possibile ottenere il rimborso completo (al netto delle spese bancarie) entro il 06/10/2025, dopo tale data non è più possibile ottenere alcun rimborso.
